Vincent Rundle and his young family recently moved into their new property in South Geelong. A truly unique residence; once a shopfront that now successfully infuses the essence of period-inspired living with contemporary sophistication.

Vincent wanted to make the house feel like a welcoming and warm family home, where his toddler was able to crawl around and play in comfort on the floors.

They wanted a modern carpet that complemented their contemporary interior stylings, and with Michaels guidance they were able to confidently make the choice of Hampton Shore carpet in Clad colour.

This residence required new carpet in two large bedroom, formal living area, and second living area.

The house had to be re-stumped, which required the solid floors to be removed before re-stumping commenced. Michael organised tradesman to re-install the original timber floors, then scheduled sanding and polishing services to start the next day.

No staining was required on the floors, the stunning natural timber was brought back to their original beauty using Bona Traffic HD two-component water-based top coat.

Managing this project entirely meant that Michael was able to coordinate the trade services to avoid further delays when it came to installing the new floor coverings.
