Phil is a part of our management team and has been with us for just over eight years. He specialises in people management, team building, workplace culture, and the customer experience. Phil comes from a background in retail management and I.T., his broad knowledge and skillset across these industries is a huge asset to the company and sales team.
What’s the best part about working at Grovedale Carpet Court & Westcoast Floors?
I enjoy coming to work everyday and being a part of our dedicated and friendly team. We have a fantastic culture here, we support each other while also having a good time. At any time of the day, you can hear our laughter bouncing off the walls and conversation flowing across the showroom. This group of individuals really do make it easy to come to work every day.
What is your favourite flooring trend, option, or style, and why?
My favourite flooring is solid timber, laid in herringbone with a white wash stain. I have done this in my own home and it looks amazing!
How do you like to spend your free time?
I spend time renovating my house on weekends, taking the kids to the park and enjoying time in the sun (when we get it – good old Victorian weather!)
