With 22 years experience in the industry there isn’t much the Alshley hasn’t come across and he enjoys staying up to date with latest industry changes as well as embracing new products and techniques.  For the last 17 years Ashley has been running Westcoast Floors and has built it up from a 1 man operation to an extensive team of 16 full time staff. 

James Hay, Sales Manager
One of the first people you’ll contact will be James, our Sales Manager, who has a wealth of knowledge in the Industry.  James initially started his career as a Sawer and Timber Machinist, developing his skills to then manage a local sawmill. Today his experience is invaluable to Westcoast Floors and the sales team he leads.

Tory Baensch, Quality Manager
Troy started with Westcoast Floors 16 years ago and has extensive experience in all aspects of installing, sanding and polishing.  His role is now in charge of quality control and to a  large aspect the ongoing training of staff,  as well as keeping across the latest techniques and products.
